The Team were prayed over this morning at both services. Last Minute supplies were bought yesterday and the packing party takes place this Tuesday at 6 PM.

This is the slideshow that will run while the 2012 Honduras Mission Team are prayed over at Jacksonville Presbyterian Church this Sunday during both the 9:00am and 10:30am Services....

2 Weeks to go

Well here we are 2 weeks out from leaving for Honduras and we want to make sure you all know that we are super excited about making this years trip. With a team made up of returning veterans and newbies each bring unique gifts and skills and a love of Christ we are looking to the Holy Spirit to prepare the way. 

The main tasks ahead include surgery, nursing, construction (at the church and hospital) and of course giving some pastoral care to the wonderful long-term missionaries. The team will be prayed over at Jacksonville Presbyterian on September 30 during both the 9:00 am and 10:30 am services. 

As you can see from the photo we have a full, excited group this year again. With donations pouring in and things falling into place this looks to be as great as any other year we have experienced since the first trip in 2007. Hard to believe this is trip number 7 (yes there was an extra trip by Amber and Lori earlier this year) 

The Packing party will take place on Oct 2 and we leave on our first plane on Oct 4, with a planned arrival in Honduras on the morning of Oct 5.Please be praying for safe travel a deep growth of relationship between the team members as we trust God to lead us all in another great adventure with Him.
